Who or what ultimately led you to contact us?
On the server side, we already use the MailCow mail server software for our customers. Occasionally, there were problems with calendar synchronization when using a competing mail client. By switching to eM Client, we were able to resolve these issues and at the same time provide our customers with significant added value in terms of user-friendliness, functionality, and reliability.

Can you describe your typical customer to whom you sell eM Client licenses? What server technology do they use?
Our customers are small and medium-sized enterprises in the areas around Hamburg, Hanover, Magdeburg, and Berlin. We operate their mail servers partly on-site (in-house) and partly as a hosting service in a data center.

How would you describe the purchasing process and your overall satisfaction level?
Licensing is straightforward, and user management in eM Client is very clear. We especially appreciate the quick support whenever questions arise.

Which features of eM Client do you value the most?
Particularly helpful are the fast search function, the intuitive interface, and the ability to easily resend emails that have already been sent. We are also impressed by the reliable calendar and contact synchronization.

Do you also offer eM Client for customers outside your core area?
Yes, we host MailCow servers in combination with eM Client for companies whose networks we do not directly manage. Our customers value the resulting stability, the responsive service, and the affordable monthly flat rate.
