  We visited a lot of our clients and resellers and often they had problems with their email clients. So we tried to find the best solution for them and we found eM Client.

  Our typical customer is a small business company but we also sell eM Client to the governmental organisations and to big companies. Most of our customers use either public mail servers or their own server solutions.

• How would you describe the purchasing process and your overall satisfaction level?

  The purchasing process is very easy. eM Client has user-friendly License manager which is used for license management. After log in to the reseller panel you fill in end user details, choose the type of license and number of users and confirm. After that, the license key is delivered via email to the reseller. In my opinion it works perfectly.

• Which features of eM Client do you value the most?

  We mostly appreciate eM Client's speed and its convenient and clear interface. From the features we would point out its Google services integration, the useful sidebar with contact history and the De-duplicator tool.

  In the beginning, the purchasing process seemed a bit complicated but once we finished the first sale, we appreciated how simple it is. We're also very satisfied with the program pricing and with the high reseller margin.

  Mostly the synchronisation with Gmail and iCloud and the quick search. Importing and generally the transfer from other mail clients runs very smoothly.

  On the server side, we already use the MailCow mail server software for our customers. Occasionally, there were problems with calendar synchronization when using a competing mail client.   Licensing is straightforward, and user management in eM Client is very clear. We especially appreciate the quick support whenever questions arise.

• Which features of eM Client do you value the most?

  Particularly helpful are the fast search function, the intuitive interface, and the ability to easily resend emails that have already been sent. We are also impressed by the reliable calendar and contact synchronization.

• Do you also offer eM Client for customers outside your core area?

  Yes, we host MailCow servers in combination with eM Client for companies whose networks we do not directly manage. Our customers value the resulting stability, the responsive service, and the affordable monthly flat rate.
